Le forgeron: Scrambled eggs with smoked sausage and a garlic-giblet confit.
Le carrier: Braised lamb with ham, chestnuts and rosemary.
Le vannier: Spiced smoked fish with cabbage and oregano.

Le barbouillis:  €4  Spiced meat broth with mixed vegetables.
L'étal du rôtisseur: €12  Spiced roast chicken, pork shank and smoked sausage with mixed root vegetables.
Ecuelle fraîcheur du charretier:12  Selection of raw vegetables, cold meat, fish terrine with vegetable mousse, cheese and seasonal fruit (Summer season only)
