Once you have completed the pre-booking form, we will contact you by telephone or email to confirm

our availability.

Once we have reached a mutual agreement, you will receive a booking contract for your visit by email.

This must be returned to us by the deadline stated on the contract, signed and accompanied

by a deposit paid by cheque or bank transfer (please ensure you enclose the payment authorisation form).

Without receipt of the deposit, we will be obliged to cancel your booking.

For government departments unable to pay a deposit, a purchase order will be required.

The balance for your visit is to be paid on the day of your arrival at Guédelon, with any adjustments to the number of participants made if necessary.

Payment can be made by cheque, cash, credit card, bank transfer, Pass Culture or government payment.
