After completing the pre-booking form, you will be contacted by telephone, fax or email to confirm
our availability.

Once we have reached a mutual agreement, you will receive a booking contract for your visit by post.
This must be returned to us before the deadline indicated on the contract, signed and accompanied
by a deposit paid by cheque or bank transfer (please enclose the payment order).

Without payment of the deposit, we will be obliged to cancel your booking.
For government agencies that are unable to pay a deposit, a purchase order will be required.

The balance for your visit will be paid on the day of your arrival at Guédelon, with any necessary
adjustments to the number of participants.
Payment can be made by cheque, cash, credit card or bank transfer.
