confirm <br>our availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we have reached a mutual agreement, you will receive a booking contract for your visit by post.<br>This must be returned to us before the deadline indicated on the contract, signed and accompanied<br>by a deposit paid by cheque or bank transfer (please enclose the payment order).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Without payment of the deposit, we will be obliged to cancel your booking.<br>For government agencies that are unable to pay a deposit, a purchase order will be required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The balance for your visit will be paid on the day of your arrival at Gu\u00e9delon, with any necessary <br>adjustments to the number of participants.<br>Payment can be made by cheque, cash, credit card or bank
