Open to anyone aged 18 and over, the apprentice builder program offers participants a unique opportunity to learn the construction and production techniques based on Gu\u00e9delon’s expertise. To take part in the building work, all that is required is goodwill, a willingness to learn, good physical condition and a genuine interest in the project. Participants are welcomed on Mondays from April to August, and on Thursdays for the remainder of the season (the site is closed on Tuesdays, and on Wednesdays in September and October).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
